Moved to California after graduation in 1985. Married Jennifer LeVan in 1989. MS in Computer Science from UCSB in 1997. MS in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology from California State University Channel Islands in 2009. Working for biotech company Amgen since 1994. Hobbies include hiking, camping, and biking.
